Terms and Conditions

 

Chintamay Alchemistry reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a notice on the Chintamay Alchemistry's website, or by sending you a notice via email. 

You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.

 

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from Estonia (Europe), from Bali  or from India using Registered Priority Airmail. After purchasing your item you will receive a tracking number.

At first we offer fixed shipping cost 20 euros for every package to every destination.

It usually takes about 7-10 days for packages to reach their destination in Europe, and 14 days or a bit more to arrive US, Canada, Australia, Japan etc.

Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

 

We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and return any payment that you have made.

We will refund any money received from you, using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.

 

Payments

We accept following payment methods: 

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Network and ApplePay.

 

Returns & Exchanges

You may return unused item you purchase for a refund or exchange for one week after you received it.

We are not responsible for the quality of post company work. We only can be responsible for the quality of our products.

If you have received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please return the items to us within one week of receiving your package. If You contact us please let us know the following details: your order number, product code/product name and details of the faulty item(s).

When returning item:

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired), please contact Customer Service and we will refund your money through a bank transfer.

 

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to Chintamay Alchemistry, please contact our contact center immediately (Orders@Chintawear.com). However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.

 

"Force Majeure"

We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay which is caused beyond our reasonable control (including civil commotion, war, hostilities, national emergencies, terrorism, piracy, arrests, epidemic, fire, explosion, extreme weather conditions, natural disaster etc). All the occurrences that are considered to be "Event of Force Majeure".
